Okay, I don't know if anyone has already asked this question, but I ask it anyways:

In your opinion which season had the best runway finale show and which one had the worst.

In my opinion the best runway show is a toss up between season 2 and season 4. Season 2 because I think Mercedes and Yoanna had fierce runway walks and they looked absolutely gorgeous. Season 4 was great because the water runway was really cool to look at. (I remember at the time it aired, I happened to live in an apartment complex that had a shallow pool area and I would replicate that runway show ALL THE TIME *shm*)

The worst runway show in my opinion was the boring season ten show. It had nothing special and the two final model were terrible walkers (yes i love anya, but we all know she did not bring it that night!)

I was really curious what everyone else thought....best and worst? Please answer!

I know there were a lot of sightings of ANTM girls in famous TV shows. The ones I remember:

Sorry guys, I know it's kind of annoying, but I need help if anyone knows when to find this tut. I already checked some master lists and I can't find it.

It's from either 06/07, the icon itself is a lost icon with a big green mountain in the bg. The icon has like 3 color layers (a light blue, light pink, and light purple) and I believe it's for PS7

how were my exams? i dunno. i am really hoping that i can get a good score this sem. although i'm quite resigned to the fate of a second-upper class honours, which i'd better maintain (!!), i would still like a shot at first class. its just somewhere that i've never been in before.

and that was also captured in a question i asked myself yst.

what kind of model am i?

this question i asked, because i was just in the bus, looking at all the ads around. then i see, those models who appear on these advertisements, they have a strength, a speciality, in being a model. be it a hand model, a hair model, a runway model, or whatever model lah.

but i don't know what kind of model i am. be it outwardly, or inwardly, i seem to have a blind spot in finding my strength, one strength (or perhaps, more) that i can work on to be specialised, maybe special, in that certain way.

as Mat always say, when she does her story repeats, i think i am like a jack of all trades, but master of none.

guess thats how i feel now too.

butttt, at the same time, i was just thinking, social workers could possibly be one of those ppl who are forced to be skilled in more ways than one. (and seeing how i am working towards that career, one can see how i fit easily in to jack of all trades huh!) but i only say that, cos its so funny at my workplace. there was one time, we had to be villagers who were trying to prevent a flood, cos the foyer area outside my workplace was flooded til ankle-deep. and, to prevent the water from rising since it was raining heavily and it might then start to enter our office, we had to start removing the water. so what did we do? we took our wastepaper baskets, and turned them into buckets,scooping scooping scooping water and then throwing them over the ledge. hahaha. seriously, some funny kampong-style action. and then, we decided to be smarter, and then we took out a huge canvas, to try and catch more water and spill it over to the other end. i didnt know water was so fking heavy! it took like about 8 of us to carry a canvas filled with only about 5cm deep water.

but it was fun to do that. my clothes were soaked though. lucky never wear nice clothes, especially shoes!

and then, among other things, the things we have to do in our job requires us to keep having to be flexible, and act according to what the situation brings. it can be funny at times, but it begins on a frustrating note of course. but we get used to it.

okay lah, i think i feel a bit better now. a bit only. i shall go out for lunch, and then get some medicine as well.
bye everyone! i miss yall. my social life seriously deteriorated. compared to previous sems, at least. i miss having a school-like feeling:\

Hi guys. Recently I did a seach because I suspected that some of my icons were being hotlinked, and I found that quite a few of my Boys Over Flowers icons have been hotlinked, often without credit as well. Luckily, I included my username in the icon names, so that is how I was able to find the hotlinkers.

I dont know if there's much we can do, since most of these forums are in languages I don't know ><. The BOF craze is over for the most part, so I don't think it's that big of a deal, but it's still annoying to have this happen. (Sorry mods if this post doesn't belong here).

I just got Windows 7 a few weeks ago, and everything was working just fine until a couple days ago my PSE stopped working. I tried repairing it and even uninstalling it and reinstalling it, but it still doesn't work. I tried even changing the compatibility mode too! This is really weird because this is supposed to work on VIsta and it even worked on Windows, but it won't tell me what is wrong. Please help!

Hullo! I've been looking to get back to icon-making after a long time. I'm not sure if this is the best place to post, but there was a compliation of anime/cartoon tutorials that was HUGE. I believe it was more than 500 tutorials compiled. I had thought I had saved it, but when I tried to go back to find it I couldn't. The post is pretty old and was around 2-3 years ago.

I just got a very excited phone call from my mother saying "So I was flipping through People Magazine today at work, and guess whose ad I saw, right at the beginning?"

At first I had no idea what she was talking about, because she gave me absolutely no context. So I had to think for a moment about what I who I would possibly care about seeing in an ad in People. Then it clicked. Nicole.

Apparently they are running a full page covergirl ad with her in this weeks People. My mom said it's gorgeous. Have they done this before? I don't remember ever actually seeing any print ads for covergirl featuring any of the previous winners, especially in something as well known as People. Just the "My Life as a Covergirl" spots and back cover of Seventeen magazine.

I think I am going to go out to the grocery store and pick up this week's people, so I can scan in the ad.

I figured since I typed this out I might as well include some pictures. I feel like we might have seen some of these before, but I'm not sure. I assume if we have, they'll at least be new to some people.

Poker showdown filming experience was great! Although it was a full 14 hour filming trip.
Had alot of fun, and learned alot about poker along the way.
I came in 2nd place okay! Out of 8 girls in the poker tournament that was filmed. Haha nothing to boast about (I was just lucky) but I'm happy about it. The 20 year old me learned poker within a week just for this filming haha. Yeah, wth right, 20 and I was clueless bout poker then!

Spent the entire day at a house at Sentosa Cove. Wonderful place, wonderful view.
If I had a house like this, I'll probably scream my troubles away every night until the neighbours complain.

Me! We had a bikini shoot before that, and we were supposed to pretend to splash water and have fun. lol. I had to diet and exercise for a week for this ok!

Didnt take much pics at all for the rest of the day because every moment was like models models get ready get ready.. and everyone rushing to touch up on makeup, dress, etc.
We had to film a couple of scenes here and there and that took alot of time to finish.
I realised that a reality show actually has not much reality in it. Because most of the time, its being filmed and re-filmed again so everything is pretty much staged and planned.
So I guess even in reality shows like America's top model or the hills, some scenes you see might not be real, they were probably re-filmed till they were perfect enough for the public.



Lots of drama throughout the day though, me and Jessibella fell straight into the pond in the house! Like literally! haha, it was embarrassing but funny at the same time.
Jessi took a step backward and fell in, mine was worse, I was talkin to someone in front of me and kept walking forward without noticing the pond infront of me and fell in. I sound like a bimbo with no eyes. lol. The pond filled me right up to my chest, mind you, it was that deep. And then, our pizza orders went wrong, the light tripped, lots of NGs blah blah blah. This is what i call reality!

Well, looking forward to catch the show coming out in February 2010!

Here's a subtle coloring technique I came up with today. I tried to make it translatable to other programs, so the effects I use are pretty simple.

Go from this: to this:

Program: Photoshop Elements 4 (Noo I don't have that cool selective coloring.)
Steps: Six
Difficulty: Easy
Translatable: I should hope so. It may take some tweaking.
PSD: No

So i make wallpapers but I have trouble when it comes to the resize part. I work on 1280x1024
I've tried doing it like this.
Image→ Image size →and change the settings but sometimes the aspect radio looks really bad.

Oh oh oh, I'm not going to have a maid for at least 2 weeks because my last one went back to Indonesia and the new one had some problem. She was homesick like ALL THE TIME, and wanted to go back home, so my parents sent her back. It's a pity though, cos she was quite a good maid. But nevertheless, my parents found a new one and she's only going to come about 2-3 weeks later. This means that we have to do housework!!!! ): I've been growing up with a maid ever since the day I was born, and never had to do any housework, so this is a challenge for me. Luckily I have 3 other siblings and we have each allocated who to do what. Ohwells, I guess this is it.

I'm off to movie night with Vincent, Joey, Jane, Gabriel and Guo Feng! It's going to be a night full of spooks and horrors!! :D

I've been very very angsty with every little thing lately, and I think men are really insensitive and fucked up beings. They say they miss you when they're alone, when they're occupied, they ignore whatever you just said. So they use the excuse that they cant multi-task. That makes them really stupid in the first place. Then they complain that you take too long to do makeup, when they take too long to get out of the house in the first place.

They play poker all day, and think that they'll be able to make big fuck money out of it.
They complain they have no money, when they can spend a thousand bucks to maintain their stupid car.

I just watched some woman giving birth on youtube because a friend happened to post it up.
Its the water birth method, and her husband just sat there and rubbed her arm. whats the fucking use of rubbing her arm i ask you? and he just sits there. and wait, wait for the baby. he didnt even look at her pls! Why? because shes too ugly to look at without makeup?
Then i chanced upon another video of 3 guys pretending to demonstrate a birth.
Throughout the video, they kept laughing, to them giving birth is just a joke. A joke because they have the easy way out. Fuckers.

My bf's bro scolded his mum just because he was in a quarrel with his gf. Seriously, immature useless beings. I dont ever wanna give birth to a boy.

I just told him i cried watching the woman giving birth, and you know what he said?
"lol dear, im their dealer. Earn 50cents each round, not bad ah." mad fuck.
